Curriculum & Instruction
The Curriculum Department is dedicated to supporting academic success and growth for all students, from kindergarten through graduation, working closely with educators, administrators, and families to ensure instruction is aligned with state standards and supports diverse learning needs.
Elementary (K–5): Builds a strong foundation in core subjects while encouraging curiosity and expanding students' knowledge during their formative years.
Secondary (6–12): Guides students toward meeting graduation requirements while preparing them for college, careers, and lifelong learning.

MUASD is committed to identifying and supporting students with disabilities through individualized education programs (IEPs) and related services, in partnership with families at every step, in coordination with Tuscarora Intermediate Unit 11.
Child Find: MUASD and TIU 11 identify, locate, and evaluate resident children with disabilities, ages three through twenty-one, who may be eligible for special education and related services.
