Clearance Information
All MUASD employees and volunteers are required to complete the appropriate background clearances before beginning service.
FBI Clearance
Required for all employees. For volunteers, only required if you've lived outside Pennsylvania within the past 10 years.

Volunteers who have not lived outside Pennsylvania in the past 10 years must complete the PA State Police Clearance and Child Abuse Clearance, plus a Volunteer Disclosure Statement (PDF) →. Please ensure all required documents are completed and submitted prior to beginning service.
