FBLA — Future Business Leaders of America
A very interactive and competitive club at Mount Union Area High School — not just presentations and professional attire, but real competition, community service, and leadership.
Competition, Community Service & Leadership
FBLA members compete in test-based events — Accounting, Digital Technology, Financial Services, and more — as well as presentation events like Public Speaking, Graphic Design, and Future Business Educator, at the regional, state, and national level.
The chapter also stays active with community service and social events throughout the year, including Ghosts and Goblins at Lincoln Caverns and Bell Ringing for the Salvation Army.

Competing on the National Stage
Out of 12,000 competitors at a recent FBLA National Leadership Conference, two Mount Union students advanced to the final round — with one student placing 4th in the country in the Future Business Educator event.
Annual Golf Tournament
Mount Union FBLA's Golf Tournament at the American Legion Country Club raises money to send qualifying members to the FBLA National Leadership Conference each summer. The inaugural tournament raised close to $2,500 toward the trip to Nationals in Anaheim, California.
Teams of four can register for $300, with a catered lunch and silent auction included. Multiple sponsorship levels are available for local businesses who want to support Trojan students.
